Moon Man

Did we go? Interview with Bart Sibrell

I had hoped to get to Nashville sooner for the Bart Sibrell interview. After EMJ in South Bend I wanted to take in a little of Kentucky and maybe even head far enough east to see Cincinatti, where my dad spent some of his youth. But I spent an extra two days in South Bend and had to rush to get to Nashville. Aside from a brief drive through downtown Louisville and stay at a motel in the town of Horse Cave, my Kentucky experience amounted to driving the I-65 south.

Bart wanted the interview to happen as early as possible, but I had to check in the hotel first and get everything set up. What a contrast to the UK interview tour, with my trusty kla.tv team handling all technical matters! First I goofed on the hotel, then I found it, a Wyndham Suites right across the street from Vanderbilt University. I rushed through check in then grabbed my gear and got into the room to set up. As I was arranging cameras, lighting, mics, and furniture, and getting my shirt, tie and pants on, I had the Frankfurt team online with me, giving me some direction. One of my cameras is a bit more complicated than set it to Automatic for the old point-and-shoot mode, and without a staffer monitoring the viewing screen, the camera made a focus adjustment when Bart shifted on the sofa, and remained out of focus for the remainder of the interview. Result- the footage of the camera aiming at Bart alone was worthless, and we were left with only the Sony footage of both of us straight on. No matter- that came out sharp and with the usual kla.tv fine editing, the results are pretty good.

I asked the 3 Frankfurt staffers where they were on the The Moon Landing is a hoax scale, ten indicating complete hoax and zero being we certainly did go to the moon. All three were tens already! I was an 8.5 before studying for the interview, and an 8 in after listening to the hoax debunkers but before interviewing Sibrell. I won’t tell you where I stand now- you can guess after watching the video above.

Alternatively, for a somewhat crisper picture you can watch the interview here at kla.tv.
