Out on the jobsite mucking ponds, I came to a startling realization- Every single work crew I’ve been on has been 100% men.
One thing I like about living in Montana is that it’s more conservative, and outside of Missoula at least, the ladies know their place. It’s like they’ve all internalized the lesson in this short, instructive video:
