What gorgeous photos-especially of the Lake. I was there, when Crater Lake was formed! We were in the very campground where many lost their lives, but me and my brother wanted to get into the park to see the bears; so we pestered our parents enough, that we left the campground and hence saved our lives! So the beautiful picture of Crater Lake has bittersweet memories for me!
Great pictures of a great adventure! "Trail Closed" is often just another way of saying "we aren’t responsible for what happens to you". If you’re skilled and knowledgeable...and physically strong, it also means you get untouched snow and unspoiled views. Well done.
